Dr.
Gutzmore brings over 30 years of clinical practice
and administrative experience to Chrysallis. A
graduate of George Washington University School
of Medicine, she completed her internship and
residency in Internal Medicine at the Henry Ford
Medical System in Detroit, Michigan.
After several years of clinical practice in Michigan,
St.Croix and Southern California, Dr. Gutzmore
embarked on a quest to impact the delivery of
healthcare on a more global level. She accomplished
this by serving in senior executive and consultant
positions with major medical centers and healthcare
delivery organizations, most recently as Chief
Medical Officer of Health Net of California, Inc.
Over the past three years, Dr. Gutzmore has concentrated
her clinical skills and managerial expertise in
the aesthetic medicine industry and is now fulfilling
her dream to see quality aesthetic medicine made
available to all.
Dr. Gutzmore is a diplomate of the American College
of Physicians with board certification in Internal
Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Professionally Dr. Gutzmore holds memberships
in the American College of Physicians, American
College of Physician Executives, American Society
of Chief Medical Officers and American Academy
of Anti-Aging Medicine.
Eileen De los Reyes Nath, RN, MSN, FNP
Eileen is a Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner who started her clinical career as a pediatric nurse at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. She received her Master's from the University of California, Los Angeles, and after obtaining her nurse practitioner license, worked at a distinguished internal medicine practice in Los Angeles. Eileen then relocated north and worked at Kaiser Hospital in Oakland, attaining the level of assistant department manager.
Eileen's interest in aesthetic medicine was sparked while in Northern California and after returning to the South, she became the lead clinician at Fountain of Youth Medspa in West Los Angeles. Additionally, she worked with a large plastic surgery group in Huntington Beach, CA to broaden and deepen her aesthetic experience.
Eileen is now eager to bring her years of experience in nursing, plastic surgery and the aesthetic industry to care for patients in her community.
Cheryl R. Carlson R.N.
Ms. Carlson earned her Nursing degree from Saddleback College in 1997 and started her nursing career in Cardio-Pulmonary Intensive Care Medicine. She developed an interest in Medical Aesthetics and quickly moved her practice exclusively to Medical Aesthetics. Cheryl is from San Clemente and has been practicing Medical Aesthetics for 9 years. She is certified in Light Sheer Laser, Sciton Laser, Quantum IPL and Thermage and is passionate about providing her clients quality aesthetic services with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
Angela Simonelli
Retail Marketing Director, Chrysallis, Inc.
Ms. Simonelli designs and oversees the Marketing and Public Relations strategies and programs for Chrysallis Medspa .
Ms. Simonelli, an Australian citizen who also resided in Toronto, Canada has
called Long Beach home for the past 14 years. She attended California State
University at Long Beach and also holds a degree from the Fashion Institute
of Design and Merchandising. Ms. Simonelli has worked in the Marketing
field for over 16 years, 10 of which were devoted to developing key
International Marketing, Promotion and Merchandising strategies at Mattel
Toys Inc.
